The Protein High Meal Plan is designed together with a programme of physical activity to encourage fat burning and promote toning.
When combined with slow releasing carbohydrates such as vegetables and wholegrains protein can;

The recommended daily protein intake is:
0.75g per kg of body weight per day (Dietary Reference Values, Department of Health)
The Protein High Menu is based on a calorie reduction of 30% of the average energy requirements for:

For a fat loss programme combined with exercise a daily protein intake of between 1.2 - 1.6 g per kg of body weight is recommended. (Anita Bean, The Complete Guide To Sports Nutrition)
Protein High Female Plan:
provides an average of 1500 calories per day and 90g of protein.
Protein High Male Plan: (including morning and afternoon snacks)
provides an average of 2100 calories and 120g of protein.
Protein Sources
The Protein High Meal Plan provides high quality proteins from eggs, chicken, beef, fish and some dairy products which can be fully utilised by the body. Vegetable sources of protein from pulses, grains, nuts and seeds are carefully combined in the meals to maximise their bioavailability.
