Less CaloriesTo lose body fat you have to use more energy (calories) than you consume.
The Department of Health recommends that eating 500-600 fewer calories each day than your body needs is a realistic way to lose weight.
The Detox Meal Plan is based on a 600 calorie reduction of the average energy requirements for a 65 kg women and 82 kg man with low activity (Dietary Reference Values, Department of Health)
The Standard Plan Provides an average of between 1200-1300 calories per day.
The Large Plan Provides an average of 1950 calories per day.
We can upgrade to a Large plan at an additional £1.50 per day, which we will discuss and charge during your phone consulation.
Source Of Calories Calorie counting alone is not enough. The detox meal plan balances protein, carbohydrate and fat to promote loss of body fat.
